Bicep 28's

Play Fast trainer Marino Enfante walks through a challenging drill for all ages called “Bicep 28’s,” designed to build and stabilize the Biceps. A bar-bell or EZ curl bar will be needed for this exercise, performed in 3 sets total, 7 repetitions for each of the four positions within each set. CHECK OUT to the rest of this workout program!
